Kamilari is a village in south Crete, Greece, with 379 inhabitants. Situated less than two kilometers from the sea and is built mainly in three low hills, Ovgora, Alevrota and Goulas hills. There are some of the most important archaeological sites nearby of Minoan era, that are Festos, Aghia Triada and Gortyna. The Minoan Tholos tomb nearby is also of a Minoan origin and is located just 1.5 kilometers from the village.
